Summer Activities
Eagle Cave offers great fun for everyone all year round! During the summer season, we offer the following activities from Memorial Day weekend till Labor Day:
Guided Cave Tours
Learn fascinating facts and information about the history and geology of Eagle Cave as you are lead by a veteran tour guide to explore sights and wonders deep within the earth.
Tours are conducted:
THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY
10 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM, AND 4 PM
Tours range anywhere from 1 to 2 hours in length.
52 degrees year-round.
Perfect on those hot summer days. A light jacket will keep you warm.
******NEW Subterranean Adventure Tours……………………....A wild caving adventure challenge for almost all ages **Some restrictions may apply
This is a guided venture into subterranean passageways that the general public does not get to see or explore on a guided cave tour and is typically only offered to youth groups for our cave exploration program during the off seasons. Be prepared for free-climbing, lengthy crawls, wet, muddy, slippery, dark areas, and possible tight conditions. Good physical condition is essential. A SEPARATE RESERVATION IS NEEDED SO WE CAN PROVIDE STAFF FOR THIS ACTIVITY and to enhance your experience to ensure that your adventure is different with new cave passages each time.
Canoeing
Canoe the beautiful scenic Wisconsin River. Bring your own canoe or rent one from us. Just minutes away. See nature at it's best.
ALSO AVAILABLE: Two day pampered canoe trips with all your meals, shuttling and camping included.
Camping
Rent a rustic cabin or campsite, all set in natural wooded sites. Each includes a spacious yard, picnic table and fire pit. Sites vary from primitive to water and electric. Group sites and more secluded sites are also available. Sorry, no cave camping.
Seasonal sites are also available. Set up camp for the entire season and enjoy it all year long until the following season. Inquire for availability and rates.
